Yumi Apparel – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Yumi Apparel (yumiapparel.com). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products

All Yumi Apparel products are made to order. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than on the finished product. We do our best to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will match the item exactly.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Because each item is printed after you order it, orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to produce before they ship. Shipping time is in addition to production time and depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately, so they may arrive on different days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because items are custom printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you buy.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. To make a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery at the email below with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Approved claims are replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancel if production has not yet started.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site belong to Yumi Apparel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yumi Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only as needed to process your order and run our store. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
